About the Project
Jeddah Corniche Circuit, a dedicated motorsport circuit for car racing located along the Jeddah Waterfront, forming a major attraction within the coastal urban area. In addition to the racing circuit, the development includes a range of complementary land uses intended to support both event and non-event activities.
The purpose of this study was to examine the implications of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit and the associated additional land uses on the surrounding road network, as well as to analyze the traffic-related elements of the development, including access and egress arrangements and the adequacy of car parking provision. The proposed land uses comprise a mix of commercial areas, restaurants, mosques, and other supporting facilities.
