About the Project
Souq Kilo 7 will be comprehensively renovated and redeveloped into a mixed-use destination that integrates commercial, recreational, and community-serving functions. The proposed development will include a dedicated food area, family-oriented entertainment zones, and specialized retail areas for home supplies, furniture, electrical materials, and building materials. In addition, the project will incorporate a large green open space to enhance the public realm and improve environmental quality, alongside a variety of restaurants and general service facilities. Key social infrastructure components, including a hotel, hospital, cinemas, entertainment venues, and a sports club, are also planned as part of the redevelopment, transforming Souq Kilo 7 into a vibrant, multi-purpose hub serving both residents and visitors.
