About the Project
JAX Creative District is a distinctive cultural hub and creative destination that supports the arts and creative industries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The district is designed to host a diverse range of cultural and artistic activities through a comprehensive lineup of exhibition spaces, artist studios, art galleries, creative facilities, and cultural platforms. The development occupies a total land area exceeding 140,000 square meters, reflecting its role as a major center for artistic production, display, and public engagement. A key component of the project is the provision of four biennale exhibition buildings, with a combined land area of approximately 16,400 square meters, intended to accommodate large-scale international and local art events.
The JAX Creative District is strategically located within Al Diriyah District, positioned on elevated terrain at an approximate height 25 meters above ground level. The site lies to the west of King Khalid Road, along the segment between King Salman Road and the Northern Ring Road, providing strong regional accessibility while maintaining a distinct cultural setting.
