Souq Al- Mubarakeya

About the Project

New land uses are proposed to be integrated within the existing Souk Al Mubarkiya, aiming to enhance its functional diversity and reinforce its role as a key cultural and commercial destination. The proposed development includes a museum, hotel, retail and office spaces, food and beverage outlets, an event space, a mosque, and a multistory car park.

The project introduces a new hotel with a total above-ground gross floor area (GFA) of 8,079.4 sqm, providing 114 rooms. A new museum is also proposed with an above-ground GFA of 3,998.9 sqm. The combined offices and retail component comprises a total GFA of 18,773 sqm, while the food and beverage use account for 2,592 sqm of GFA. In addition, an event space with a total GFA of 1,626.24 sqm and a new mosque with a GFA of 875 sqm are included in the development.

To support the increased activity generated by the proposed land uses, parking provision is significantly enhanced through the introduction of a new multistory car park accommodating 308 parking spaces. Furthermore, three basement levels are planned beneath plots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7, providing approximately 1,832 additional parking spaces, thereby ensuring adequate parking supply to meet future demand.
